GeekIt has always professionally and affordably assessed and fixed hardware issues I've had with Laptops and Cell Phones. As a knowledgeable IT guy that repairs my own PCs it's nice to have someone to trust with the more intricate systems. They've replaced a battery and motherboard in my MacBook Pro at an affordable rate.

My issue wasn't simple to me but they were very thorough in their work and I was pleased with the services that I received. I highly recommend Geek iT!

I wish I could give more stars! I have been dealing with wire fraud and ID theft and was desperate to find help. Alex is excellent and I feel far more secure. He understood all my concerns and he knew exactly what to do. I could go on for a long paragraph. These guys are the best!!!

I am 77 years old and had no idea what the problem was with my computer. I took it to this store and Shannon took his time and FIXED IT while I waited. A few years ago, they returned my PC with test parts still installed. CPU and GPU were different than than what was dropped off. This is basic troubleshooting. Anyone without basic knowledge wouldn't have noticed a difference, but I did. If you troubleshoot a PC and can't replace customers parts, it's a serious issue.

I have brung multiple PS3s to them. Some have revived, and some not. These guys are easy to work with and pricing is in my opinion fair. Highly recommended!

Went to them for a tricky job, I wanted to replace the joysticks in my Xbox controller. Alex is the absolute kindest and most professional person I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only did he do what I described to him but he was very excited to take on a challenge and try to help make it happen. This work was done very well and while we had a few hiccups along the way we were able to work together and get the job done. Can't recommend this place enough and Alex is the best person for the job. Give him a raise!
