A few years ago, they returned my PC with test parts still installed. CPU and GPU were different than than what was dropped off. This is basic troubleshooting. Anyone without basic knowledge wouldn't have noticed a difference, but I did. If you troubleshoot a PC and can't replace customers parts, it's a serious issue.

Alex was great, let me know when the parts came in, scheduled to drop it off and couple hours later, they notified it was ready, I went a picked it up. Works great! Good people up there at Geek IT!

They did a great job attempting to repair our game console. They were pretty quick working on it, but it seems there was nothing they could do as it was the hardware not the software. Good customer service and Shannon explained what they tried to do and what was wrong (why they couldn’t do any more to help).

Went to them for a tricky job, I wanted to replace the joysticks in my Xbox controller. Alex is the absolute kindest and most professional person I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only did he do what I described to him but he was very excited to take on a challenge and try to help make it happen. This work was done very well and while we had a few hiccups along the way we were able to work together and get the job done. Can't recommend this place enough and Alex is the best person for the job. Give him a raise!

OUTSTANDING Expertise!!! Alex helped me Understand what was happening so I was not in the dark.!!! My level of Data Loss would have put me a year behind in my business and was back up and running within days. I wish I could give more stars! I have been dealing with wire fraud and ID theft and was desperate to find help. Alex is excellent and I feel far more secure. He understood all my concerns and he knew exactly what to do. I could go on for a long paragraph. These guys are the best!!!
